“Fuel the Frontlines Giveaway” (the “Sweepstakes”)

Sponsored by Tactical Snacks, LLC (“Sponsor”).

1. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the 28th of October 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the 30th of November 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

• Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry.
  
• Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members of such persons are not eligible to participate.
  
• Voided where prohibited by law.
  

3. How to Enter

A. Purchase-based Entry

Purchase any box of Sponsor’s Tactical Snacks during the Promotion Period and you automatically receive one (1) entry into the random‐drawing for the Grand Prize.

(Optional order-bump donation: add a $2 “Troopster Donation Entry” and receive one (1) bonus entry).

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – No Purchase Necessary

To enter without making a purchase, during the Promotion Period, send an email to info@tactical-snacks.com with the subject line “Tactical Snacks Giveaway Entry” with your full name, address, and phone number.

All AMOE entries must be post-marked by the end of the Promotion Period and received by Sponsor

Important: A purchase will not increase your chance of winning. (See Section 4.)

4. No Purchase Necessary; Odds of Winning

No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received from all entry methods.

5. Prize(s)

Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a “Year’s Supply of Tactical Snacks” (approximate retail value $1,800).

Prize is non-transferable, no substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor may substitute prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for any taxes and fees associated with prize acceptance and use.

6. Selection of Winner; Notification

On or about 1st of December 2025, Sponsor (or its designated administrator) will randomly select the potential winner from among all eligible entries. Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner by e-mail and/or phone within 3 days of selection. If the potential winner fails to respond within 10 days of notification, or is ineligible, or fails to execute required documents, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The winner must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release (where legal) within 7 days of notification.

7. Eligibility Conditions / Restrictions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, by entering the Sweepstakes, the winner consents to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes shall have no liability for: lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or incorrect entries; errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes; or damage to any computer system resulting from participation.

BY PARTICIPATING, ENTRANTS RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR AND ALL ASSOCIATED ENTITIES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://tactical-snacks.com/pages/privacy-policy. Entry constitutes agreement to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information by Sponsor and its agents for purposes of the Sweepstakes and (unless otherwise stated) for marketing purposes.

11. Disputes / Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions regarding the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor shall be governed by the laws of the State of [State] (excluding choice of law rules), and any legal action must be brought in the federal or state courts located in [County, State].

13. Void Where Prohibited

Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more entries than permitted, or to use multiple identities, or any other method to manipulate the entry process, that will void that entrant’s entries and may result in disqualification.

Entries that are incomplete or do not comply with these Official Rules will be disqualified. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
